After listening to this a few times I realized that the song is about Remus and Romulus, the two perported founders of Rome. Here's a rough translation:

I got their CD Mystic Spirit Voices and it kind of grew on me. There are indeed good, but as you said, harteex, not as good as E Nomine :).
