So many of you have probably heard the song "Per l'Eternita." Well that's if you bought the re-mastered version of "Das Testament." Along with this listening to of said song, you probably have one burning question. WHAT ARE THEY SAYING!!! So, you went to my site looking for the lyrics only to find out that they weren't there either. Then you prepared to write me letters of hate when you looked in your CD booklet and realized that the lyrics weren't there and that I don't speak Latin or and Italian so couldn't have possibly figured out what they were saying in this song. So, I have created this forum/board (depending on who your talking to in an effort to try and decipher the lyrics to that song. Once we can get a full working version, I can have it translated within a week or so. I had the first few lines of what I thought heard in the song written down somewhere, now I just have to find it. Well, in this post is where I will put (not you) collectivly agreed on lyrics, so check back here to see any updates to the song. I'll let you guys know when it is finished. Now go, make posts, speculate, and listen to the song until it makes you want to puke . -PeterNote - Any posts in THIS topic (What's the Per l'Eternita project) not made by me or any other specified peoples will be deleted. So far, that's only me.

This is what me and blink have decided is said in the end chorus, and what I know is the German part:
[shadow=blue,left,300]Edit : This is about 3 days of blood sweat and tears from me and blink. Tell us what you think.[/shadow]
[shadow=red,left,300]Edit 2 : A linguistic monster, Jian, has sent me a better version (but still not finished version) of the song. Here it is:
[shadow=red,left,300]About ten billion claps and high fives to blink and Jian for helping out.[/shadow]

Here are some lyrics I found on the web:
Dominus, dominus Te amatus populus Oh dominus te amo amo te.
In accentus liberi En pecatto poren fivre mattati Custodi nos.
Per l'eternita Per l'eternita, Septem pecatta Septem pecatta Vultis Per l'eternita Per l'eternita
Per l'eternita Bis in alle Ewigkeit.
Te amatus Dominus et spiritus Aeternitas Adiuva nos
There pretty simillar to the lyrics you uncovered. Are we ever gonna put this on the site?
